A talk with Freddy Mini, CEO Netvibes

By Aurelien

As I was listening at reactions following our recent acquisition of Netvibes, some of you wondered about the rationale behind it as well as how well Netvibes could fit in our existing portfolio. So I seized the opportunity to meet with Freddy Mini (CEO, Netvibes) during SolidWorks World 2012 event last week in San Diego to ask him a couple questions  :-)

  1. Who/what is Netvibes (as a company and as a product, since they share the name)
  2. What are the underlying technologies of Netvibes (06:52)
  3. How does Netvibes complement 3DSwYm and Exalead (08:28)
  4. How does Netvibes fit in a typical product innovation process (12:05)
